Yuva Bakım Terms of Use

1. What the app offers

Yuva Bakım is for following your parents who live alone and your children with their knowledge, not secretly: an elderly person's morning rhythm (the "Good morning, are you OK?" question and "I need help") and a child arriving at or leaving home or school. Only people approved by phones already in the family can join it.

Yuva Bakım is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

2. It does not diagnose and does not replace 112

• Yuva Bakım does not diagnose and does not guarantee safety. It does not catch every problem. It is not an emergency call service; in an emergency, call 112.
• Whether messages arrive depends on the phones being on, charged and connected, and on their notification, location and battery settings. We cannot guarantee that a message will arrive or that someone in your family will see it.
• Area messages rely on the phone's own location service; they may be delayed or not arrive at all.

3. Consent and visibility

• Following does not start until the person being followed approves it on their own phone; that person can turn it off at any moment.
• You agree not to use the app to watch anyone secretly. Following an adult without their knowledge and consent is prohibited.
• An area cannot be added without informing the child; the indicator on the child's screen cannot be hidden.

4. No account, your responsibility

• The app does not use an account, phone number or e-mail. Your information is stored encrypted on your family's phones.
• There is no cloud backup. If a phone is lost or wiped, its information remains on the family's other devices.
• Protecting your phone and, if set, your app lock (PIN, or face or fingerprint) is your responsibility.
• If a phone is lost, the parents in the family can remove it from the family.

5. Rules of use

You agree not to use the app:

• for unlawful purposes,
• to watch a person without their knowledge and consent, to unlawfully collect other people's personal information or to infringe others' rights,
• to store or share child sexual abuse material or private images obtained without consent,
• for fraud or impersonation,
• in a way that disrupts, overloads or abuses the app or the connection services through reverse engineering.

Because we cannot see the content in the app, family members are responsible for the information they add to it.

6. Children

Children use the app once their parents add them to the family and under their supervision. Parents approve a child joining the family.

7. Connection and continuity of service

An open peer-to-peer network is used to connect your family's devices; nodes in the network cannot see the content. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from a message or notification that does not arrive or arrives late, an area message that does not arrive, data loss due to a lost phone, or reliance on the app in emergencies. Yuva Bakım is not an emergency call service; in an emergency, call 112.

9. Intellectual property

The app's name, icon and software belong to ESER TEKNOLOJİK PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. The information you add to the app is yours. Licenses of the open-source components used in the app are listed in the app.

10. Changes and termination

If these terms change, this page is updated. Material changes are announced in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If the service is to be discontinued, this is announced in the app at least 30 days in advance. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Effective date: the day the app is first published in the store. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İzmir courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, within the monetary limits announced each year.
