Yuva Pati Terms of Use

1. What the app offers

Yuva Pati is an app for a family to keep their pet's diary (food, water, litter, walks, weight, medicine given and notes), health record (vaccines, medicines, vet appointments) and reminders together. Only people approved by phones already in the family can join it.

Yuva Pati is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

2. Not veterinary advice

• Yuva Pati only stores and reminds you of the information you enter. It is not a veterinary service or advice, does not calculate doses and does not suggest medicine or vaccine schedules. Consult your vet for decisions about your pet's health.
• Reminders are set up on your phone. They may be delayed or not ring because of the phone's notification and battery settings, silent mode or a switched-off phone. Do not rely only on the app for important medicines and appointments.

3. No account, your responsibility

• The app does not use an account, phone number or e-mail. Your information is stored encrypted on your family's phones.
• There is no cloud backup. If a phone is lost or wiped, its information remains on the family's other devices.
• Protecting your phone and, if set, your app lock (PIN, or face or fingerprint) is your responsibility.
• If a phone is lost, the parents in the family can remove it from the family.

4. Rules of use

You agree not to use the app:

• for unlawful purposes,
• to unlawfully collect other people's personal information or infringe others' rights,
• to store or share child sexual abuse material or private images obtained without consent,
• for fraud or impersonation,
• in a way that disrupts, overloads or abuses the app or the connection services through reverse engineering.

Because we cannot see the content in the app, family members are responsible for the information they add to it.

5. Children

Children use the app once their parents add them to the family and under their supervision. Parents approve a child joining the family.

6. Connection and continuity of service

An open peer-to-peer network is used to connect your family's devices; nodes in the network cannot see the content. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from a reminder that is delayed or does not ring, data loss due to a lost phone, or reliance on the app for decisions about your pet's health. In an emergency involving your pet, contact your vet.

8. Intellectual property

The app's name, icon and software belong to ESER TEKNOLOJİK PAZARLAMA ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. The information you add to the app is yours. Licenses of the open-source components used in the app are listed in the app.

9. Changes and termination

If these terms change, this page is updated. Material changes are announced in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If the service is to be discontinued, this is announced in the app at least 30 days in advance. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Effective date: the day the app is first published in the store. Last updated: 25 October 2026.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İzmir courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, within the monetary limits announced each year.
